Long Bay Correctional Complex

We will conduct inspections of the three correctional centres located on the Long Bay Correctional Complex – the Metropolitan Special Programs Centre, Long Bay Hospital, and the Special Purpose Centre. 

The Inspection will consider the three correctional centres with reference to the Inspector of Custodial Services’ Inspection standards for adult custodial services in New South Wales in conjunction with other relevant standards, legislation, policies, and procedures.

We may consider any other relevant matters that arise during our inspections.
